Before joining USU, Ha An was a Customer Success Manager at perbit, where she supported cloud customers to get the most out of the HR solution.

Daniel Fink has been Senior Sales Manager at USU since 2019. He takes care of international enterprise customers and supports them with all SAM challenges. Before joining USU, he worked directly at Adobe in Enterprise Sales and before that for a long time at a software reseller with a focus on SaaS vendors and key account management. Thanks to his many years of experience, Daniel Fink is a helpful USU SAM expert, especially in the area of SaaS & FinOps.
